sammy sun 1084
Main pool area. This was fantastic, in the middle they did a brilliant water show and we were told on board that the big screen is the biggest at sea. Princess call it movies under the stars, we went up there and watched a film one night, was really impressive. del82 and blondie
sammy sun 1084
View looking down through the floor of the seawalk over the side of the ship, amazing feature on board, really clever. Not to sure i'd want one of those balconies right underneath it though, might put me off a bit. blondie, kerry304 and ncc62
in the sky with diamonds 27
fab pictures but agree with being put off about the balconies under the sky walk
sammy sun 1084
yeah i wouldnt fancy that. Dont think it would be too bad if your on a lower deck but i really wouldnt wanna be right underneath it, people could see right into your cabin almost. Thankfully we were away from it. sammy sun 1084
Also the spa being in the atrium area was really clever. I found it strange when i got on board and was told the spa wasnt on the upper decks but when we went to have a look around on the first day of the cruise, they'd made a really good job of it. It's called the lotus spa and was huge compared to what i was expecting. The atrium or piazza i guess as i should be calling it, is really impressive, definitely one of the best ships i've been on. Firefly 21
Spa pool area, very nice, especially when the suns out! Great pic, those cabana's were so relaxing, highly recommended.
Popsicle 295
I thought the idea of the seawalk was you could see the sea??! Is it just the camera angle that makes it look like you can only see the deck? Other than that it looks absolutely gorgeous. I would love to sail on her
ncc62 6
sea walk was one of my favourite parts on the royal . done maiden voyage week on her from soton to barcelona not long enough . really nice ship folks like her folks loath her but for one think shes going to be a great asset to princess,s fleet . Oldworldtraveller 2225
In general we thought the ship was OK but not impressed with the cabin. We had a balcony that was just big enough for 2 chairs and a table. The bathroom was small and the positioning of the toilet roll was a contortionists dream. Shower had the old fashioned curtain whereas most modern ships have a cabinet. Food was excellent but didn't like the idea of the entertainment venues around the atrium. Outside movie screen is huge and does an excellent job and the sanctuary area was first class. Certainly competition for Royal Caribbean.
