I saw a Celebrity cruise I liked and tried to call Bolsover who are my agents. I was put in a queue as they were so busy ( everyone must have the same idea as me!) and as I'm not very patient put down the phone to try later. Within 10 mins I received a call from Bolsover apologising for missing my call & asked how they could help. Hats off to you Bolsover - what fantastic service yet again!
