dave45 1 Posted December 4, 2017 Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2017 I am 99.9%Â certain I read this in the thank you booklet I received from P & O offering me additional on board credit because I had cruised on Arcadia in n November unfortunately I cant put my hands on the booklet but have e-mailed P & O and am awaiting their reply will update when I receive a reply Quote Link to post Share on other sites

dave45 1 Posted December 12, 2017 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2017 Ihave now found the welcome home booklet as well as a reply from customer services which states the conditions have not changed and have just confirmed that with the peninsular club dept. The booklet has a statement on the conditions of the offer of additional on board spend which states 'from 1st December 2017 this offer will no longer be combinable with our ship visit, on board sales or group on board spend offers' I found this confusing but seems to apply to persons visiting the ship hope this clears this up Quote Link to post Share on other sites
