I have been a customer of QVC for 13 years, only one thing has gone back that was a big let down...A clock, looked cheap. Now, with the Internet you can read feedback before you purchase. I've had jewellery, garden items, household items mad makeup....happy with all my purchases... Best is the IT stuff, as they explain it fully to you....I've learnt so much and got my HP printer from them better price than the high street... So another happy customer. Any damaged item you can return free, just ring for a prepaid return label. Think this happened twice.
