helenjackson276 6
Has anyone been unlucky enough to need to go to the medical centres onboard cruises, are they like mini medical centres and fully equipped or are they just like a Gp's surgery???
ron 606
They are like a mini hospital with the majority of equipment needed for general medical procedures.
sammy sun 1084
I've unfortunately been forced to use the medical facilities on board before. When cruising with Celebrity I wasn't well and visited the medical centre at 6am, by 7am I had been seen by a doctor and had been admitted to a small ward they had down there. I was immediately given treatment to help and looked after very well. I've been with some cruise lines where the help hasn't been so forthcoming but Celebrity were fantastic. dst87 353
Your question made me think it would be quite interesting to see what the centres are like. Here's a video showing an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FgoL7Ve3V4
