  1. I do think Facebook has diluted a lot of the forums these days you just go to the page that you want to join and click join no putting in dates of birth etc you just join

Late to the party on this but I have been on 3 MSC cruises and going on 4th mext december Breakfast in the buffet is anything from a continental if you wish to a full blown breakfast of bacon eggs toast beans just about anything you can also have breakfast in the MDR and be dealt with by a waiter The tables for 2 get taken up very quickly and if you want to be assured of a table for 2 I would book the experience that give you anytime dining MDR menu is varied but they do tend to have an italian night some people say that the portions are small and for some I expect they are but
  3. I expect it's because Costa is no longer owned by Whitbread but is now owned by Coca Cola

  6. From Tomorrow 25th June prices on MSC UK site will now include the DSC charge so no longer having to pay at the end of the cruise only applicable to bookings made on UK site
  7. i know it's nothing to do with cruising but the silly thing is that if any US resident wanted to go to Cuba to visit they just go to Mexico then fly in to Cuba from there

  11. Many Thanks we land at 15.30 and are staying at the staybridge suites miami airport for one night then on to the seaside for a 7 day we are then flying up to see my niece in harpers Ferry west virginia she is due her first child around the time we get back from the cruise

  14. hi mitch it will be interesting to see what they do about that as they are as it seems wanting to attract the younger couples shall we say as it will be adults only
  15. its priced per cabin not per person there is no buffet all the dining rooms (20) of them are included in your price, basic beverages water coffee soda are all free with alcohol extra no gatuities payable they are also included in he price
  16. but its drinks up to 12$ including premium spirits and no limit on the number of drinks you can have and its throughout the ship including the speciality restaurants and all bars is not the P&O restricted on the price limit and the number of drinks you can order
  17. At the present time and mainly due to price i have only used MSC. Saying that at some point I'm sure I'll try the others in the future. We are going on our first carribean cruise this year on MSC Seaside just to see what it's like compared to the Med We did look at P&O but the wife thought that the rooms looked like an upmarket version of a Travel Inn
  18. Still think even with the changes MSC is still fairly good value
