  1. With the covid rules and the pre booking online for shows etc on P&O if you do not have a smart phone then you are virtually scuppered. Booking covid tests for arrival back in the UK is also a minefield.
  2. Just returned from Viking river cruise on the Douro where gratuities were supposed to be included. This was not the case since they asked for credit card details and then automatically added their highly inflated gratuities to your bill. On challenging this they were very evasive as to the policy. Asked for the gratuities to be removed and asked for envelopes to make our own contribution as we have in the past. Reluctantly they agreed to do this.
