I too have had a couple of a problems with them, perhaps the agent I spoke to that day was new but they didn't have a clue and was curt when I pointed out her mistake. Will certainly think twice before using Bolsover again.

hi Madforcruising We have always sailed in an AQ cabin on Eclipse, the cabins are fine the same size as all the other balconies. We passed on the iced tea and had extra bottles of water. We always liked Blu until our last trip, the new menu's don't appeal to us and the food we did eat there was just ok, nothing outstanding like previous cruises. The service was very slow often waiting 30-45 mins between courses. We ended up using the buffet and speciality restaurants.
