The team do work exceptionally hard in keeping up to date with the latest changes, but we all make mistakes from time to time. As Alice previously mentioned on web chat earlier, unfortunately, this is not something that can be added to the website for selected cruises, as this tends to cause confusion and at times, leads to our prices being wrong. Hi Countrygirl, If you visit your profile, here https://www.bolsovercruiseclub.com/forum/profile/8653-countrygirl/ Then click the image icon which sits in the bottom left corner of your profile photo (or letter) it will allow you to upload an image. Your image must be gif, jpg or png with a maximum file size of 0.5mb, which is 500kb. If you have any issues please feel free to send your image to us and we can upload this for you.   20. Hi Sinbad, We upgraded the forum 3 days after you raised the issue regarding signing in to your account, therefore it is unlikely that the two are connected. We aren't asking you to change browsers to use this forum, we are just curious to know if you are experiencing the same issues in other browsers. It is possible that all members will have had to sign in again following the upgrade. Apart from that we can't see that any other members are having the same issue, where they have to sign in on every visit. We have explained in another post why the empty profile photos have

  23. Hi Sinbad, We are really sorry that you are having this issue. We have tried to replicate the issue but everything seems to be working as it should be. We have spent some time researching what the issue might be and provided screenshots to help. Unfortunately there isn't much more we can do without actually looking at your computer.   24. Hi all, We have simply upgraded the platform to the latest version, as you would with your mobile phone or computer's operating system. This has fixed many security issues; unfortunately we are forced to do these upgrades or the platform becomes unsupported. No one's profile photo has changed if you have uploaded one. Members that have not uploaded a profile photo now have an initial, similar to what you see when using Google or Microsoft services.
