  1. Welcome on board. I've heard of Bolsover Travel but never actually booked with them and they are just around the corner from me. We book most of our cruises with Virgin Holidays apart from our P&O cruises, we booked these with a local travel agent in town.
  2. Can anybody here recommend a good first river cruise? I'm looking for a 2 or 3 night sample cruise that won't cost the earth. My plan is to cruise the Far East next year but not sure whether to book an ocean or river cruise. As I have never experienced river cruising I wondered if there were any cheap / mini river cruises available.
  3. Independence of the Seas Oasis of the Seas Celebrity Eclipse NCL Epic Celebrity Equinox Ventura Azura Crown Princess I love big ships!
  4. Michael Ball is great, which cruise is he on? If it's anything like the last P&O strictly cruise, I doubt he'll be there long, I heard they were only there for 2 of the 14 nights or something like that. If you need a partner in crime
  5. I have just answered your question in the questions and answers area. I would certainly book this through an agent as they will look after everything for you, ideally you want an agent that provide a personal service so you can deal with one person throughout the entire booking. As said earlier best bet for a family cruise is P&O, RCI, NCL or Carnival.
  6. Sorry not a solo cruiser Christine, but do you mind me asking what made you chose to sail with MSC. We very nearly booked MSC a few years back, but in the end decided to stick with what we know, good old P&O
  7. There are plently of cruise lines that accommodate for all age groups and families. They provide entertainment, facilities and day time activities for everyone. Your best bet is probably P&Os bigger ships, Royal Caribbean, NCL or Carnival Cruise Lines
  8. I'd really like to explore this part of world and it seems there's plenty of departures to choose from. Has anybody here experienced either a Far East ocean cruise or a Far East river cruise? I want to get the most out of this as I'll only be doing it once. Thanks
